Trumplickan crazies really want to eliminate public education because they believe thorough, accurate teaching of history and science is radical liberalism that shouldn't be funded by tax dollars. Their preferred alternative is the use of tax dollars to fund christian nationalism indoctrination in private religious schools instead. Consider this another reminder that decent Americans couldn't be happy living in a society that Trumplickans consider ideal.
Added 1:16 PM Monday: Since the topic has already been introduced, might as well mention Bim Boebert's latest nuttiness on the matter. This uneducated fool has the intelligence of navel lint, but maybe she should explain precisely what would be taught in those Biblical citizenship training classes. Or maybe she just thinks they sound neat.
