Donnie Hump describes himself as "your favorite president" in a tweet, confirming that his Twitter communications are always intended to titillate the MAGA maggots (also known as the scum of the earth). I've read speculation that if Twitter cut off his access completely, and Fox News only reported the truth about him, Donnie Hump's so-called precedence (sic) would probably flicker out in a matter of weeks. Imagine the media with no insane Twitter rants to pore over every time Hump needs to change that day's top story.
