Q NOTES 298 Closer to the End

After an afternoon that saw the joint session of Congress interrupted for several hours, offices and government property vandalized by mobs of worthless gutter trash, and at least one person killed, the discussion in Washington took a serious turn toward invoking the 25th amendment or better yet, a second impeachment and removal from office.

Now Cheez Doodle alleges that he's ready to cooperate in an orderly transition. I can't come up with a single reason why anybody should fall for anything this mental case is promising.

Eight Senators and 139 members of the House voted for one or both of the challenges (Arizona and Pennsylvania), so we've positively identified 147 enemies of America serving in Congress, whose loyalty to Cheez Doodle far exceeds their loyalty to U.S. democracy. Of course, Rafael (Ted) Cruz and Louie Gohmert are among them.

It forces me to wonder: What would that fat fuck have to do, how bad would things have to get, before those 147 worthless turds would cut him loose?

Q NOTES, DAY 254: Climax

Pennsylvania and Nevada have certified their elections, leaving only Arizona and Wisconsin pending. Those two should wrap up by 12/01/2020. Cheez Doodle is still running his donation scam, and is promising the transformative event that will result in his magnificent victory and second term is just around the corner. It's probably holding hands with his extremely best replacement for the ACA that he's been telling us would be unveiled soon (for nearly four years).

Meanwhile, he's being cheered up by tweets from renowned political analysts James Wood and Randy Quaid, two aging actors whose best work was completed before the end of the 20th century, along with that of Jon Voight.

Things that were forecast before the election that actually happened? The most notable was the red mirage on election night, when Cheez Doodle appeared to build an insurmountable lead in some of the swing states because only the in-person votes cast that day were being counted.

Things I dreaded before the election that never really happened? For me, the first big worry was that early voting wouldn't be a factor due to the pandemic. The second big worry was that people who chose not to risk their health by voting early would have their mail-in ballots delayed by USPS sabotage. Instead of being disasters, it appeared that early voting and voting by mail were huge factors contributing to Joe & Kamala winning all the states they had to have, then adding Arizona and Georgia as icing on the cake.

Random thoughts for today:

Cheez Doodle is such an egomaniac that he thinks he can make anything be true simply by believing it himself. In his insane fantasy, all the proof of election fraud any court should require is his personal assertion that it really happened.

Cheez Doodle is so deluded he actually thinks the stock market rally today is attributable to something he did. That might be so, but only if we count okaying the transition process as conceding his defeat in the election.

Prosecuting and penalizing the criminals that worked for Cheez Doodle since 2017 is the best way to discourage that kind of behavior, and prevent it from being repeated the next time we're unfortunate enough to have another (R) in the White House.

Q NOTES, DAY 250: Is HE still here?

Cheez Doodle wants to reverse the election by throwing out millions of ballots. I suppose that means that every vote on each ballot is discarded, including votes for (R) candidates. Does that fat fuck ever think things through?

Daily Kos @ Kamala Harris: Kamala Harris will soon become the President of the Senate, which is specified in the Constitution. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say anything about the authority of the Senate Majority Leader. I like the idea of Kamala replacing Moscow Mitch as the person who decides who and what gets voted on in the Senate. What's not to like?

ProPublica @ the long odds against state legislatures reversing the election in Cheez Doodle's favor

Update 6:33 PM - It seems like Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia are off the table. What next, Cheezy?

Since it's Friday evening, I'll go ahead and announce the best photo I saw this week. It has to be one of those pictures of Rudy Tootie with hair dye streaming down the sides of his fucking face. Even without the additional goo on his cheeks, this asshole looks like a psychopath.

Q NOTES, DAY 243: Down for the Count

The two final holdouts, North Carolina and Georgia, have finally been called ten days after the election. As expected, Georgia went to Joe & Kamala, making the EC vote a 306-232 win for the Blue team. Coincidentally, the 306 matches what Cheezy had in 2016, but J&K will win the popular vote by millions more than Hillary did. If Cheezy thinks his 2016 numbers were earth-shaking, then J&K's are earth-shaking x 200.

It's becoming increasingly likely that a major reason Cheezy is stalling around on transition processes such as security briefings is to prevent Biden's team from discovering exactly how unprepared Cheezy's admenstruation (sic) is to handle any crisis of any type. The truth should eventually be exposed, we hope.

Q NOTES, DAY 238: After Math

Anyone who's expecting Cheez Whiz to behave like a decent human being hasn't been paying attention for the last four years. Stop wasting your time, because it ain't happening.

All that screaming about election fraud is supposed to raise money for court battles that will reverse the election in Cheezy's favor. Actually, the money will be used to pay down campaign debt and  finance recounts. Cheezy loves his fans because they're perpetually gullible. They fall for the same obvious scams over and over again. Cheezy and his gang will continue to hype this "legal challenges to the election" shit on TV as long as they can use it as a money-making opportunity.

I remember November 2016, and I know for a fact that Cheezy had absolutely no problems with the networks calling states for him while thousands of votes were still uncounted, even when Hillary was ahead in the popular vote. I only mention this as a reminder that he's the king when it comes to hypocritical bullshit, while Lindsey Graham and Rafael (Ted) Cruz are merely jokers in the king's court. It's safe to assume that much (if not all) of this crapola is intended to keep Cheezy in the media spotlight as long as possible before the attention inevitably turns to Joe & Kamala and the transition.

Q NOTES, DAY 237: Good Numbers

The Cheez Heads had the election rigged to guarantee Cheezy won, and he lost. So OF COURSE they'll be promising four years of investigations. It's a damned pity that Little Lindsey didn't get the snot beat out of him in his Senate race.

Wanna know what I think is beautiful? Hundreds of people celebrating by dancing in the streets, and nearly all of them are wearing their masks.

Another beautiful thing? The leaders of our international allies are as happy he's gone as most Americans are. It's possible that even Putin is happy to be rid of Cheezy's foolish bullshit.

Fox News chatterers expect us to give Cheez Whiz some time to grieve his misfortune before expecting him to concede defeat. I have to admit I don't give a fuck whether he concedes or not. It's not a requirement, and it might help him to find out it's merely a formality. He was a worthless asshole when he came in the door; he might as well be one when he goes out again.

Q NOTES, DAY 232

Tomorrow is the big day, and as usual on the eve of a presidential election, I'm trying to remain calm and focus on positive news, instead of dithering over every tidbit suggesting that a Cheez Whiz victory will stun us all. The best news I've seen so far this morning is the Morning Consult poll result. This is a fairly reputable poll according to fivethirtyeight.com, and their final pre-election survey shows Biden leading by 7 points in Florida, by 7 points in Michigan, by 9 points in Pennsylvania, and by 13 points in Wisconsin. The icing on the cake is Biden ahead by 2 points in AZ, by 3 points in GA, and by 1 point in NC.

Other good polling news from Quinnipiac University: Joe leads nationally by 11 points, in Florida by 5 points, and in Ohio by 4 points. And finally, Reuters/Ipsos has Joe leading in Michigan by 10 points, in Wisconsin by 10 points, in Pennsylvania by 7 points, and in Florida by 4 points.

Three respectable polls are showing Joe with nice leads in his three must-win states, and leading in Cheezy's absolutely-must-have states. I imagine that if Joe somehow sweeps FL, MI, PA and WI, we can take this baby to the bank.

Cheezy made the term "shithole" popular, and is probably the only precedent (sic) to use the word in public in a long time. In the U.S., a shithole is any state that Cheezy can win without cheating or vote suppression.

Cheez Whiz leaves party-goers stranded in Nebraska, Pennsylvania, and now Georgia, all in a matter of a few days. The first time, we could maybe write it off as an unfortunate logistical snafu, especially since competence isn't a job requirement in Cheezy's gang. Now, it's beginning to look like something that's being done deliberately. Personally, I'm in the group that thinks goobers attending one of Cheezy's pep rallies deserve anything they get in the way of trouble. But it does make me wonder if Cheezy even gives a shit anymore. Maybe it amuses him to find out how many times those idiots in his fan club will fall for the same scam.

Q NOTES-DAY 228

The latest polls I've seen indicate that Biden has small leads in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, and Georgia. If he's able to win three of those four states, it'll be really hard for Cheez Whiz to reach 270 votes in the Electoral College. In my opinion, the United States will be much better off if the person in the White House isn't a Russian asset who's also a mental case.

Update: Another highly rated poll has great news for Joe, crappy news for Cheezy.

One of the many, many problems (R) people have is that they tell the same lie so many times, it becomes impossible to just stop telling it.

Daily Kos explains why Cheezy and those around him are so adamant about face masks (especially about not wearing them anymore). Even after Cheezy's been sent packing, it may be impossible to reach the minds he's corrupted.

Cheez Whiz has it all wrong. Steps taken to make sure all legal votes are counted is no disaster. The disaster is that Cheezy was ever "elected" in the first place. Pushing the experts aside and replacing them with unqualified assholes who'll tell him what he wants to hear? That's a disaster.

Sarah Cooper and Helen Mirren reenact the infamous Access Hollywood tape, and it's going viral.

Finally, Charlie Cook in National Journal explains why a landslide is more likely than a contested election.

Q NOTES, DAY 224

I've had time for some pleasant daydreams the last few days. One of them is that the red state of Texas turns blue.

The New York Times is too lenient too often in its coverage of Donny Scabies, but sometimes they deliver body blows that are justified (though overdue). The editorial on the death of the GOP is one of the gut punches.

The most devoted Donny Scabies fans believe anything and everything he tells them because, to put it mildly, they're fucking idiots. Can you imagine how much better our lives would be today if from the beginning, Scabies had urged his followers to wear masks and practice social distancing? And 95 percent of them had done it? In a red state shithole like Texas, that would probably have made an enormous difference.

Five members of his staff testing + for Microbes from Hell, and does Mike Puntz give a damn? Apparently not, since it's business as usual for the slimy bastard.

There are two parallel worlds: the one most people live in, and the other one created in the mind of Donny Scabies and inhabited by assholes who worship him as The Creator.

Scabies is now whining that the number of CV19 fatalities is exaggerated because doctors make money designating COVID as the cause of death when it's not, resulting in larger reimbursement. It bears repeating: He isn't a president, he's a disease. And the biggest mistake America ever made.

Trouble brewing in Moscow? Is Putin thinking Cheez Whiz may be nearing the end of his usefulness? Whatever, this may keep Cheezy awake at night if he finds out.

Q. Notes, Day 172

I'm tempted to stop reading political news online because so much of it depresses the hell out of me. For example, the so-called nightmare scenario on election night: Because most (R) voters plan to vote in person on election day (COVID be damned), and most (D) voters plan to vote absentee (wise decision), on election night, the TV news coverage will show Cheezy with insurmountable leads in all 50 states, and Cheezy will begin his victory lap accordingly. Because so many Americans are stupid, most people will assume he won, and most Democrats will start to consider suicide as an option.

The prevailing opinion among media writers is that chaos will ensue, it will take days (or possibly weeks) for all the absentee ballots to be tabulated, and in the meantime, Cheezy will bombard the courts with demands that he be declared the winner.

You see why I get depressed?

Cheezy wants to see a vaccine that ends the COVID-19 pandemic available by election day in November. People in hell want ice water.

Q. Notes. Day 166

Don T's Inferno mercifully limped to a conclusion last night, with Cheezy puking out an acceptance speech that lasted more than 70 minutes. You know the speech sucked ass because even Fox News wouldn't give it glowing reviews. Based strictly on the commentary I've read online, there were no new ideas in four days, just the steady regurgitation of the same old shit that has flowed constantly from the usual suspects since January 2017. Cheezy has obviously decided that his future rests with his zombie army of devoted fans, who gladly believe anything he tells them (or pretend to).

Since Cheezy's worthless life revolves around TV ratings, it's especially heart-warming that the Joe & Kamala DNC obliterated Don T's Inferno based on viewership. When you come in second in a two-horse race, you're a fuckin' loser, Cheezy.

A pair of recent polls show Biden with a comfortable lead. We'll see if Don T's Inferno helps him narrow the gap.

Q Notes, Day 156

The latest volume of the Senate Intelligence Committee's report on how Russia managed to get an asset like Cheezy into the White House? Well, it probably won't attract the kind of public interest it might've if it had been produced prior to the impeachment process last year. On the other hand, it can't hurt to have this available as a discussion topic during the last few weeks of the campaign to get his fat ass OUT of the White House.

Cheezy's idea of heaven is being able to sit on a gold-plated toilet when he takes a crap. It's no wonder he was stunned to learn that most Americans appreciate and depend on the U.S. Postal Service.

Dropping like flies

As of this morning, Pete B. and Amy Klobuchar are out of the race for the (D) nomination. That leaves Liz Warren as the only contender that I supported from the beginning of the campaign. Apparently, the best of the lousy remaining scenarios will be for supporters of Pete and Amy to switch wholeheartedly to Biden. I don't even want to think about the aftermath of a November election matching Clump against Bernie (I'm No Democrat) Sanders.

Race Issue

At the moment, it appears the race for the (D) nomination is narrowing down to Biden, Bernie and Liz Warren. What those three have in common is that at least 70 percent of (D) voters want somebody else; Biden attracts about 30 percent, with Bernie (not even a goddamn Democrat) and Warren both under 30 percent.

Since the start, I've ranked Biden & Bernie as Death Wish 1A and 1B for the (D)s. I've even imagined that the polls were being deliberately skewed by evil conservatives to ensure that one of them is the (D) nominee, paving the way for Snot Bubble to get another four years.

I think there are ways that Biden or Warren might be able to eke out a close win. With nine months to go, it's possible that Snot Bubble will do something outrageous that even (R) voters can't tolerate, causing enough of them stay home to tip a state like Ohio or Florida to blue. Maybe the economy will tank. Or maybe there are enough desperate voters who believe any (D) would be a huge improvement over what we're dealing with now. I see no possible way Bernie can win, regardless of what Snot Bubble does or doesn't do. Allowing someone who refuses to be a member of the party be the nominee anyway is suicidal behavior.

The Horse Race

If the choice for 2020 is limited to Liz Warren, Joe Biden, or Bernie, my pick would be Liz Warren, especially if there are polls showing her leading Donny Guano by a percentage comparable to leads that Biden allegedly holds in current polls. She's not ideal, but I wouldn't place her in the Death Wish category with Biden and Bernie either.

Wednesday, September 4, 2019

Numbers Game

Assuming the latest polls are accurate, and all five of the top Democratic potential nominees are favored by double-digit margins over Donny Guano, I'm putting my support behind Liz Warren and Kamala Harris. Why settle for one of the B Boys (Biden or Bernie) when neither has an added advantage, statistically speaking?

Election 2020: In today's news...

Donny Stink Eye believes a majority of U.S. voters make up his base of support. Math has never been one of his strong points.

Joe Biden has run for president before. There are reasons he didn't win.

Samantha Bee sums it up well: The (D)'s would be better off if some of the people running for president would run for the Senate instead.

In 2016, Donny Stink Eye was a TV reality show celebrity and a complete unknown in political terms. In 2020, he will not be an unknown commodity in any sense. If he chooses to ignore public polls, that's fine with me.

Martin Longman @ Washington Monthly discusses the 2020 election situation (good news, bad news).

Narrowing the Field

The best choice for the Democratic Party in 2020? Right now, it looks like the best candidates will be ones who can appeal to new voters and party-switchers alike. Which Democrat(s) would be the second choice of most Bernie fans, and which one(s) would be the second choice of Biden fans? Anyone who's at or near the top of both lists is probably a good choice against Donny Dien Cai Dau.

Tuesday, May 28, 2019

Around the www

Salon has an analysis of Donny Stink Eye's 2020 reelection strategy that I thought was worth reading, since it's the same strategy he used in 2016 against Hillary Clinton.

Maybe those experts who think Stink Eye is invincible because of a strong economy don't know as much as they think they do.

There are reasons why the rotten motherfucker is known as Moscow Mitch.

Who's Running?

Decent Americans are looking ahead to the end of Donny Stink Eye in 2021 and are starting to concentrate on winning the November 2020 election. Choosing a Democratic nominee who's "electable" is crucial, but who would that be? The conventional wisdom is that Joe Biden meets the criteria, but Daily Kos makes a persuasive case that against Stink Eye, there may be electable candidates other than Biden.
