I'm tempted to stop reading political news online because so much of it depresses the hell out of me. For example, the so-called nightmare scenario on election night: Because most (R) voters plan to vote in person on election day (COVID be damned), and most (D) voters plan to vote absentee (wise decision), on election night, the TV news coverage will show Cheezy with insurmountable leads in all 50 states, and Cheezy will begin his victory lap accordingly. Because so many Americans are stupid, most people will assume he won, and most Democrats will start to consider suicide as an option.
The prevailing opinion among media writers is that chaos will ensue, it will take days (or possibly weeks) for all the absentee ballots to be tabulated, and in the meantime, Cheezy will bombard the courts with demands that he be declared the winner.
You see why I get depressed?

Cheezy wants to see a vaccine that ends the COVID-19 pandemic available by election day in November. People in hell want ice water.
