The only place Cheezy can lead the country is over the rim into the abyss, and the only people who still trust him are fools and gutter trash who deserve to be led into the abyss. It's painful, trying to imagine four more years of this damned crap. Is there anything left that he hasn't ruined or destroyed?
Cheezy's former attorney, who probably knows the fat fuck as well as anyone does, confirms what many of us already knew: Cheezy doesn't give a shit about white working-class voters who are keeping him alive politically. It's alleged that he once said if he ran for office, it would be as a Republican since (R) voters are stupid (or words to that effect). Cheezy might not have said it, but we know he thought it. He can spot marks a block away; it's his only skill.
Something else that shouldn't surprise anyone who's been paying attention: On issues pertaining to Law and Order, Cheezy's credibility is zero. It might improve some if he actually obeyed the law instead of ignoring it.
The Associated Press is almost totally worthless as a news media resource. I cancelled my subscription to the local newspaper years ago because nearly everything on its national news and opinion pages originated at the AP. Just a waste of money.
