Two flakes

This week the news has been dominated by Sarah Palin and Michael Jackson, she for resigning her job and he for resigning from life. Jackson was a complete flake, at least once he reached adulthood, and Palin is starting to look even flakier. She's building quite a record as an individual who almost never finishes what she begins, which might be the good news if things go all Twilight Zone on us and she really does become the president. Sane people could calm themselves with the probability that she'd up and quit after about 18 months.
