Not that he'll ever serve a minute of it, but the notorious waste of oxygen Tom Delay was sentenced to do a little prison time. As I watch the Republicans who now control every inch of state government deal with the budget shortfall by pushing Texas closer to Third World status, I'll try to remember that for one day at least, one of them got what was coming to him.
