There's a case before the U.S. Supreme Court that bears watching, involving a campaign finance law in Arizona. The people challenging the law claim it violates their right to free speech, and they'll probably win a 5-4 decision since the five conservative justices seem to believe that government should be for sale to the highest bidder.
