If I've heard it once, I've heard it a thousand times -- some conservative asshole on talk radio or a cable news channel repeating the assertion that government cannot and does not create jobs. Now we have soon-to-be-former presidential candidate P-Rick tooling around South Carolina bragging about the million or so jobs he created in Texas. Okay, the motherfucker's lying or he's just so dumb that he doesn't consider the office of governor of Texas as "government." Which is it? Both?
