Judicial Conduct and Consequences

In 2000, five conservative activists on the Supreme Court changed history by ruling in favor of George W. Bush in the presidential election dispute. I'm willing to bet there never would have been an Iraq war if Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, et al, had never gained access to the White House. Those motherfuckers came on campus looking for any excuse to invade Iraq and overthrow Saddam Hussein. Read up on the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) if you don't believe the assertion, then come back and convince me I'm wrong.

There's a chance that five conservative activists on the Supreme Court may be on the verge of changing American history again. This time the nation's health care system may feel the impact.
