In late June, I got another call from the Rasmussen polling company. It was the third time I'd been contacted by them to participate in one of their automated polls. Rasmussen specializes in providing happy news for Grouchy Old People, and their results are often cited on AM talk radio shows as proof that conservatives are good and liberals are bad.
Anyway, this particular poll included questions about threats to America. The machine asked several variations on this question: Which is the bigger threat, the Tea Party or Muslim terrorists? I think that's a debatable issue, but for the hell of it, I decided to have a little fun with Rasmussen by choosing the Tea Party.
The poll results are in, and apparently a lot of people decided to have fun.
