The so-called precedent (sic) tries to communicate with the world via Twitter, but most of his stuff is the pathetic drivel of a diseased mind. At best, it's a total waste of time.
On the other hand, tweets posted by smart people with writing ability, like David Frum, are some of the best reading available today. Witty, perceptive, concise.
