According to the Cheese Prince, the reason the GOP Tax Care for Billionaires plan will only increase the federal deficit by 1.5 trillion dollars is because as soon as the billionaires get their extra billions in found money, they'll turn around and give the serfs and peons on their payrolls HUGE salary increases. As soon as EVERYBODY IN THE MIDDLE CLASS IS AT LEAST A MILLIONAIRE, the economy will really take off.
