If the Democratic Party expects to regain a majority in the House, the Senate, or both, they need to find a way to make the 2018 election about more than their nifty policy proposals. Digby @ Hullabaloo explains why Dems need to stop tiptoeing around and make the rotten so-called precedent (sic) a big part of their campaign.
