Since the Mueller investigation began last year, I've been seeing discussion on the Internet about the team including experts in the prosecution of financial crimes, including money laundering. The implication has been that Russia was involved in the 2016 election because Trump had been laundering bundles of money for them. Now the discussion is spreading into the mainstream media as well.
