Daily Kos presents the case that Democrats should prepare to think outside the box, in this case by increasing seats on the Supreme Court from nine to thirteen or fifteen.
My question is this: If the number of seats was reduced from nine to seven, which two of the current justices would be removed? If it's based on tenure on the court, that would remove Gorsucks and Kavanaugh, right?
The comment boards today seem to be loaded with reactions to stuff Cheezy said at his latest pep rallies. I'm always amazed by how easily some Democrats can be demoralized or thrown into panic by Cheezy's bullshit. After nearly five years, haven't they realized the pep rallies are opportunities for Cheezy to be a TV performer?
Ignorant assholes and worthless yahoos show up at these events to be entertained, so Cheezy entertains them with outrageous bullshit about prosecuting Democrats and using federal courts to win the election. The assholes and yahoos eat it up, and for a few hours, Cheezy re-lives his happy days as a TV reality show star. That was a job he could handle, unlike being a so-called precedent (sic).
