From Daily Kos: Right-wing Politico reports some anxiety among trumplickans about Herr Fuhrer's unwillingness (or inability) to warm a bench on the sidelines during their buildup to the 11/22 elections. The two things that seem to dominate Waste of Shit #1 are easy money and media attention . When he doesn't have easy money or media attention, he wants them. When he has both, he wants even more. The game now is to figure out how much each dominant interest is motivating his behavior today. The RNC has decided that it won't be responsible for his legal fees in connection with the active DOJ espionage investigation - so there goes a big pot of easy money.
