Adam Schiff describing Cheez Doodle as the worst president in history is an understatement, since he's limiting the judgment to 45 people, many of whom were decent, capable Americans. Cheezy is one of the worst people in history, and we'd have to go back a number of years to find some who were worse (maybe Germany in the 1930s).
