Q NOTES # 1,002: A Metaphor on K+2

I've been reading about what's happening with the MAGA Monkeys, and here's the metaphor that crossed my mind: The Republican Party is a huge pool of piss, and Big Pupu is an enormous sponge that dropped into the pool in 2016 and quickly soaked up most of the piss. The giant sponge reached its saturation point, but the piss remaining in the pool is less than an inch deep. There might be enough piss for a puddle, but not a pond.
