Russia working on a plan to promote the immigration of 7,000,000 American "conservatives" (MAGA mooks) to Russia? That's a fairly good proposition, but needs to be a lot larger number than seven million. I think 74,000,000 would be a good start in the matter of ideological immigration.
Instead of migrating to the favorable environment of Russia, the MAGA mooks want to bring Russia to the United States instead.
Speaking of the forthcoming downfall, it looks like the Russians have infiltrated the FBI. This is no damned good.
