Pains

There's a story circulating in the news today regarding Rep. Michele Bachmann and her periodic migraine headaches, which she claims won't affect her performance when she becomes the commander in chief. That's good to know. Still, I have a question about those headaches. Are they caused by something trying to get out, or something trying to get in ?
